Refund & Returns Policy

1. Return window
You can return an item within 30 days of the delivery date. Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, UK customers also have a statutory right to cancel within 14 days of delivery.
2. Condition of returned items
To be eligible for a refund, items must be:
- Unworn and unwashed.
- Free from marks, stains, deodorant, perfume or pet hair.
- Returned with all original tags still attached.
- In their original packaging where possible.
We reserve the right to refuse a refund or offer a partial refund on items that arrive back not in their original condition.
3. How to return an item
- Email support@chosen-vintage.store with your order number and the item(s) you'd like to return.
- We'll reply within 1–2 working days with a returns address and reference.
- Post the item back using a tracked service. We recommend keeping proof of postage — we can only refund items we receive.
- We'll email you as soon as your return has been inspected and your refund is on the way.
4. Return shipping
Return shipping is paid by the customer unless the item is faulty, damaged or was sent to you in error. If your item is faulty, we will cover the cost of return shipping in full — please email us first so we can arrange it.
5. Refunds
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 working days of us receiving and inspecting your return. Depending on your bank or card provider, funds can take a further 3–5 working days to appear on your statement.
Original outbound shipping is refunded only when the return is because the item is faulty or was sent in error.
6. Exchanges
We do not currently offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different size or colour, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
7. Faulty or incorrect items
If your item arrives faulty, damaged or is not what you ordered, please email us within 14 days of delivery at support@chosen-vintage.store with your order number and photos. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund (including original and return shipping) as quickly as possible.
8. Non-returnable items
For hygiene and safety reasons, items marked "final sale" and gift cards cannot be returned or refunded. This does not affect your statutory rights if the item is faulty.
9. International returns
USA and other international customers are welcome to return items under the same terms. Please mark the parcel clearly as "RETURNED GOODS" on customs paperwork so it isn't charged import duty on the way back. Any duties incurred through incorrect labelling may be deducted from the refund.
