2. These terms

By placing an order or using this website you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or place an order.

3. Products

All products are subject to availability. We try to display colours and fabrics accurately, but slight variation between screens is normal. Vintage-inspired pieces may show natural fabric character, which is intentional and not a defect.

4. Orders and pricing

Prices are shown in GBP (£) and include applicable UK VAT unless stated otherwise. Shipping is calculated at checkout. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to refuse or cancel an order in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors or stock unavailability. In such cases we will refund any amount you have paid.

A contract of sale is formed only once we have accepted your order and sent a dispatch confirmation.

5. Payment

Payment is taken at checkout via our secure payment provider. We accept major debit and credit cards. You confirm that the card used is yours and that funds are available to cover the cost of the order.

6. Delivery

We ship to the United Kingdom and the United States. Estimated delivery times and shipping costs are listed on our Shipping page. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery.

7. Returns and refunds

You may return unworn items with original tags within 30 days for a full refund of the item cost. Full details are on our Refund & Returns page. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer, including under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

8. Our liability

We do not exclude or limit our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law. Subject to that, our total liability arising out of any order is limited to the price paid for that order.

9. Use of the website

You agree not to misuse this website — including attempting to gain unauthorised access, uploading malicious code, scraping content at scale, or infringing our intellectual property. All content on the site (photography, copy, logos) is owned by or licensed to Chosen Vintage Limited.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales. Any dispute will be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England & Wales. Consumers based elsewhere retain the protection of mandatory local law.
